I may not have lived your unique experience, but I have been where you are and I can relate to what you’re going through.

We’ll dive deep each week into your goals and challenges as you learn the skills to fundamentally reshape your drinking habits. I'll be there with you every step of the way, offering accountability, guidance, support, and compassion.

How My Approach Is Different
I coach the whole person instead of just addressing the problem with quick fixes. Focusing on the root cause of your drinking, I teach you how to change your thoughts and beliefs about alcohol and how to feel your emotions instead of reaching for a drink. This is what creates change that lasts.
I remove the stigma of having a drinking problem because I don’t believe there is anything fundamentally wrong with you. You’ve simply developed a habit of overdrinking, and you can learn how to break that habit.
I show you how to view your drinking with curiosity and compassion, rather than judgment and shame.
You’ll discover a new way to drink less without following strict rules and relying on willpower, but by learning the tools and skills needed to reduce your desire for alcohol.
Because “how you do one thing is how you do everything”, you’ll learn life-long meta skills that can be applied to any area of your life that needs improving.
